Thanks to all those who responded to the customer satisfaction survey


Port of HaminaKotka Ltd commissioned a customer satisfaction survey in September, carried out in the form of telephone interviews by Innolink Oy. The response rate of the survey was very good, 55 per cent.

The survey indicated that overall customer satisfaction is at a good and even excellent level. Our customers appreciate issues such as reliability, flexibility and an environmentally benign approach. Most of those who responded to the survey wish to have information on the port by email and through our website, and personal visits were also perceived as a good way of keeping in touch. Development suggestions were also presented, and improvements were desired to issues such as providing information on upcoming changes and to the functioning of traffic arrangements.

In general terms, the Port of HaminaKotka has succeeded well with respect to its customers’ expectations.
Thank you all for providing valuable feedback in the survey. Gift cards were given as prizes by drawing lots, and the winners have been notified in person.
